Looking to buy your new luxury vinyl flooring? Considering making a purchase of the Amtico brand of LVT? If the answer is yes then this page is a great start point for you to see and peruse some of the previous feedback given online by real Amtico customers. Amtico is proud of it's superb marketing team and the perception of class leading product quality and customer service in the UK luxury vinyl tile sector.
However, does the reality stack up to the perception? This question can be answered by checking and researching on the Internet for the experiences of others who have gone before you and taken the plunge to purchase Amtico - whether online or through their local Amtico flooring stockist. This ability to literally see and read the testimony of Amtico customers is a real boon to consumers enabling them to make a much more informed choice. However for Amtico and all brands it can be double edged sword in that the importance on delivering a great product and service becomes critical to future sales and perceived quality of the company.
We have represented some reviews below from Amtico flooring customers. These are sourced from Trustpilot. It's difficult to locate reviews on Google Local/Maps for Amtico. There are only 3 as of the time of writing pertaining to the company and it's registered head office address in Solihull, West Midlands. There are further reviews on Google relating to Amtico but they are mostly given via third party flooring companies and installers. We choose not to show these as one cannot be sure that they reflect Amtico product or the 3rd party flooring company...
As you can see the problem with these types of review platforms are that they generally just provide a platform for customers who are unhappy to voice their issues and frustrations. Their is nothing intrisically wrong with this, however it does end up often just delivering a tremendously unbalanced and negative view of a particular company, that is often unwarranted. This is also true for other leading LVT brands such as Karndean and Polyflor. Both great companies manufacturing great floors who get a rough ride on these online review platforms.
Think about it, most happy and delighted Amtico customers will NOT post a review online. By far the best way to form an opinion about Amtico is always to seek information from people you trust or know and to sample and see the flooring first hand either in sample form or actually fitted if possible. NOTE: reviews below are not from Flooring Hut customers:
"Good product...rubbish service. First time had Amtico Signature fitted to hall and Kitchen. Despite contractor ordering correct product the wrong one arrived causing delays and grief. Just ordered Amtico Spacia for bathroom and...guess what? when the border pack was opened it was the wrong colour. Amtico have not exactly moved heaven and earth to resolve and this is causing significant delays causing plumbers and joiners to be rearranged. Still waiting for correct border." Date of experience: 26 August 2022. Source: Trustpilot.
"Spacia Oak flooring laid in my living room and it looks amazing. It is very hard wearing and brilliant for pets, no scratches and easy to clean, especially compared to solid wood, which I had before. It looks just as good, but is more resilient." Date of experience: 27 July 2022. Source: Trustpilot.
