CFS VT480 590 Loop Pile is an eco-designed carpet tile that brings together top of the range performance with high standard eco credentials.
This high performance tile is produced with 100% recycled Econyl solution dyed polyamide and offers a class 33 heavy commercial rating. Each Pack Contains 5m2 and contains 20 carpet tiles (50cm x 50cm).
RECOMMENDED ADHESIVE: F Ball F41 Tackifier.

The CFS VT480 590 Loop Pile is a high-performing, eco-conscious carpet tile, made with utmost consideration to the environment without compromising its superior functionality. Boasting of a class 33 heavy commercial rating, this carpet tile is designed specifically for heavy traffic commercial areas. It is manufactured from 100% recycled Econyl solution dyed polyamide materials, reflecting its eco designs and high sustainability credentials. Comprising 20 carpet tiles of 50cm x 50cm dimensions in each pack, the CFS VT480 590 covers an area of 5m2.Being produce with Econyl, a regenerated nylon made from waste, such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic, this product offers a circular solution for interior designs. The usage of such material not only reduces the carpet tile's carbon footprint but also creates a solution for the increasing problem of waste materials. Each tile offers high resilience and durability, being resistant to the wear and tear resulting from heavy commercial use.
In terms of its application, the CFS VT480 590 Loop Pile is suitable for almost all types of subfloors, but for an optimal result, it is recommended to pair its installation with the usage of F Ball F41 Tackifier adhesive. The adhesive promotes a secure and strong bond between the subfloor and the carpet tile, ensuring a stable performance over time. Additionally, the adhesive is easy to apply and facilitates a smooth installation process, making this combination ideal for commercial areas.
