F Ball F44 is a solvent free, acrylic emulsion adhesive. It is designed to give a high bond strength, strong initial tack and long open time. It is protected against biodegradation and is suitable for the use over underfloor heating installations. Can be used for:
- Securing vinyl sheet and tile floorcoverings to EN654, EN649 & EN651
- Rubber floorcoverings
- Some textile floorcoverings with PVC and polyurethane foam backings
To minimise the effect of adhesive shadowing through the vinyl floorcovering, the adhesive can be trowel applied and flattened with a paint roller. The 'double drop' technique can also be used to reduce the drying time.
- 15 litres has an approximate coverage of 60m2. To be applied using a trowel (1.5mm x 5mm). Coverage rate will depend on the condition and absorbency of the sub-floor.

The F Ball Vinyl Styccobond F44 Adhesive 5L, often referred to as F Ball F44, is a high-quality, solvent-free, acrylic emulsion adhesive. This adhesive is further safeguarded against biodegradation, hence making it compatible to use over underfloor heating installations.The F Ball F44 has multiple usage applications. Its inherent qualities make it fit for securing vinyl sheet and tile floor coverings compliant to EN654, EN649 and EN651 standards. In addition, it can be used with rubber floor coverings as well as certain textile floor coverings that have PVC and polyurethane foam backings. Furthermore, its versatility allows users to minimise the effect of adhesive shadowing using the trowel-and-paint roller application method.
The application of the F Ball F44 adhesive requires using a 1.5mm x 5mm trowel, and the coverage rate is subject to aspects like the condition and absorbency of the subfloor.
