F Ball STOPGAP F77 is a two-part, solvent-free epoxy resin system that cures into a waterproof surface membrane. The product's main function is to block residual construction moisture and rising damp from impacting subsequent flooring installations. Its black pigment enables visual checks for coverage uniformity. The F77 has a crucial role in fast-track building programmes as it enables the early fitting of floor coverings. The F Ball STOPGAP F77 offers a practical solution to residual construction moisture with relative humidity values up to 98%.

The STOPGAP F77 is straightforward in application and can be directly applied to underfloor heating screed with relative humidity readings up to 90%. It is highly versatile as it can be utilised in multiple settings and be used over various flooring solutions such as Stopgap 1200, Stopgap Green Bag114, or Stopgap 460. Following the full cure of the membrane, a coat of Stopgap P131 Primer should be applied to achieve the best results.

This F Ball product is designed to achieve broad coverage, approximated at around 18m² per kg where readings are up to 90% RH when applied over underfloor heating screeds. For normal ambient temperatures, around 20°C, it has a surprisingly fast cure time of approximately three hours. This swift cure time boosts workflow and ensuring the construction or remodelling process can proceed without a hitch.
