I've never bought carpets online before but would do so again with Flooring hut. Great customer service throughout the process. Carpets were very good value and arrived when I was told they would.

I had ordered Karndean from a different supplier who was slightly cheaper, but was told after 3 days of the order being placed that they were out of stock and we would have to wait 3 weeks for delivery. We needed 2 boxes urgently, and found that Flooring Hut had the next best price and were offering free delivery. I received my order the next day! Very impressed.
