How refreshing. On items like such we are mostly driven by price, FH prices if not the best then close too, what makes them stand apart is their customer service, for one, they answer the phone (which, in a world where they seem glued to peoples hands is still a novelty) and call back if they couldn't answer the query on first call, very helpful be it on phone or email. I have already purchased from them again, real pleasure. One thing, can you get your delivery company to take the pallets back 🤣

Flooring Hut is an excellent company. They offer a great range at very competitive prices and their service is spot-on. We had our lounge, hall and stairs done. The order was processed quickly and efficiently and Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to sorting out the technicalities and delivery, which all went very smoothly. They even recommended a local fitter Martin Hudson, who was highly skilled and also a very pleasant person.
