Great from Start to finish. Website was easy to navigate, good technical data on fitting and related products, and price was cheapest I could find. Delivery was as scheduled, and I was kept updated with it's arrival. The actual flooring I received was great, all boxes from the same batch. Easy enough to fit at home. Help was available on site, but I didn't feel I needed it. Wouldn't hesitate to use this site again for my next flooring project.
I was completely thrilled with the service I received from Jack at the flooring hut. I placed an order on 22nd January thinking it probably wouldn’t be possible to have it delivered as soon as I wanted it (Friday the 26th) other companies had a 3 week lead time AND huge delivery charges. The next day I realised I had forgotten to order an integral part. I emailed Jack. I was sure it would have been too late as I’d already had the ready for despatched notification. Jack came straight back to say no problem and even have me advice on which option would look best. I received all the items, securely packed on Friday, exactly as Jack said.
