Unbelievably good customer service. After a shaky start with this company with a cancelled order, followed by problems with delivery on the second attempt, I have to say that they responded in a way which was above and beyond the call of duty to rectify things. I have never experienced customer service as good as this and the lengths that Flooringhut went to, in order to both compensate me for any inconvenience and ensure that I got what I needed (and more), was more than I could ask for. Rest assured that the Flooringhut have the best customer service you are ever likely to come across. On this factor alone, I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly do business with them again myself.
Competitive pricing and stuck to the delivery time as agreed. Had a problem with the product delivered as some panels were damaged but they sorted it out without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.
