Polyflor Acoustifoam is a closed-cell PVC foam backing sheet. This innovative product is designed to be installed underneath the brand's standard vinyl and rubber sheet flooring that has a minimum gauge of 2mm. By implementing this sheet, it’s possible to attain an impact sound reduction level of 18dB. It should be noted that Acoustifoam is not recommended for use in conjunction with Polyflor vinyl and rubber tiles, along with the ESD ranges.

The adoption of Acoustifoam does not limit aesthetic or practical options for flooring. Indeed, the use of this product allows access to an impressive collection of up to 301 toplayer product options. Therefore, you can select from a vast and varied range of colours, styles, and performance characteristics to ensure the flooring aligns with the aesthetic appeal and functional needs of spaces. The total thickness of the Polyflor Acoustifoam is approximately 20mm, providing solid protection and sound insulation.

This product boasts an expansive roll size of 2m by 20m, equaling 40m2. As such, it can adequately cover larger areas without the need for numerous sheets, thereby saving on installation time and reducing seam lines.
