How refreshing. On items like such we are mostly driven by price, FH prices if not the best then close too, what makes them stand apart is their customer service, for one, they answer the phone (which, in a world where they seem glued to peoples hands is still a novelty) and call back if they couldn't answer the query on first call, very helpful be it on phone or email.
