Overall, excellent value & service. Pricing was on point, the ordering process and subsequent communications was 100%. There was a problem on delivery day when the driver came with completely the wrong flooring, but one phone call sorted the issue out and the correct flooring promptly re-delivered the following morning - just a simple loading error at the distributors. Mistakes do happen unfortunately and what counts is what is done to sort them out and on that score, I cannot fault Flooring Hut 👍

Great flooring very good delivery service only problem i have is i live in a flat on the 2nd floor had to make arrangements to get someone to carry it up the stairs would be great if they delivered door to door
