| A. All our floors must be laid onto a subfloor which is flat and smooth. Your current utility room surface is almost certainly not level enough and would need screeding to produce a good base . |
| Q. Is it possible for Karndean Knight Tile Soapstone ST5 to be fitted onto an aged tiled surface in my utility room? |
| A. All of our floors must be fitted onto a subfloor which is clean and flat. Your existing utility room flooring is in all likelihood not flat enough and would need levelling to create a proper foundation. |
| Q. Could you let me know what underlay is required to fit Karndean Knight Tile Soapstone ST5 in a bathroom with a wooden floor ? |
| A. Our Karndean Knight Tiles are fixed onto the new smooth subfloor - that means you won't need to use an underlay. Rather we advise using F49 adhesive to adhere the tiles down in a moist environment like a bathroom. |
| Q. What underlay do you need for installing Karndean Knight Tile Soapstone ST5 in a bathroom with a wooden floor ? |
| A. This tile is glued straight onto the new smooth subfloor which means you won't need to use an underlay. Alternatively we advise using F49 adhesive to seal in a humid situation like a bathroom. |
