Benefits of Artificial Lawns
Artificial lawns can be relatively expensive to install, so why bother in the first place? Well, they can save you a lot of time and effort in the long run. We’ve put together this handy article explaining why we think installing artificial lawn is worth the investment.
Say ‘Goodbye’ to the Lawnmower!
Your days of wrestling heavy lawnmowers and untangling yards of extension cable are in the past. Artificial grass doesn’t grow, so you don’t need to mow it – hurray! This not only saves you effort but time. Let’s say you mow the lawn once every two weeks and it takes you one hour to do the task. That’s two hours a month, which is twenty-four hours in a year – you literally spend a whole day lawn mowing a year, crazy! And you could save that time and reinvest it in something you enjoy instead, sounds like a good idea to me.

Does your beloved dog bleach your grass white with their pee? Well, artificial grass won’t change colour no matter how much wee your pooch releases onto it – win! Also, as far as I know, dogs can’t dig through artificial grass, so no more unsightly holes in your garden either!

This means buying grass seeds, fertiliser, weed killer and other products required to keep your lawn up to date with the Jones’s. Or you install an artificial lawn and it looks perfect all year round, baffling your neighbours with your spotless garden. And to be fair, with the improvements in artificial grass materials most people can’t tell the difference between natural and artificial grass until they get right up close and personal with it anyway!
