The roots of Westex Flooring are tied to the textile heartland of West Yorkshire. Westex was originally founded by a master dyer who wanted to offer a wider range of colour and quality within carpet manufacture. Weaving luxury and durability into their carpets by utilising the best blend of wools, spinning techniques, dyeing and tufting processes. Every style and every colour is designed in-house at our dedicated manufacturing sites in West Yorkshire, ensuring excellence at every step for your carpet.

Westex is committed to manufacturing the finest quality carpets which not only look fabulous but endure and keep their good looks for longer. The secret to their legendary durability lies in their 2-fold and 3-fold yarns. Many other manufacturers use single yarns, but Westex folded yarns offer added strength and resilience to resist crushing, pile reversal, and daily wear and tear for years to come. 4 standard treatments are applied to every Westex carpet – Stain Resist, Moth Guard, Fresh Guard and Allergy Guard. These treatments provide added protection against stains, moths, house dust mites, mould fungi, bacteria, pet odours and allergens thereby keeping Westex carpets fresh and clean.

Westex ranges of premium woolen and luxury synthetic carpets create a luxurious underfoot feel. All Westex Carpets have a Stain Resist treatment applied. Stain Resist protects your carpet against the majority of water based and oil stains – giving you more time to attend to the more easily removed stain.

Barrington Loop: Barrington is a versatile 100% wool carpet made from fine 3-fold yarn, available in a palette of contemporary natural shades.

Bouclé Natural Loop: A versatile 100% wool carpet with soft ‘wave’ patterning, Bouclé Natural Loop adds charm and texture to any room.

Briar Natural Loop: High quality 3-fold yarn Briar Natural Loop is made from 100% wool and creates a contemporary feel with its mixed height loop design.

Cable Natural Loop: Cable Natural Loop creates a discreet loop striped design. Made from 100% wool for ultimate softness under foot.

Exquisite Velvet: Thanks to its superior construction, our Exquisite Velvet collection is an ideal choice for heavy traffic areas.
