Fantastic company to deal with, professional, helpful and very understanding. Our Karndean was ordered and delivered very promptly, unfortunately my wife decided they were not for her ! having cancelled the fitter I telephoned Paul at Flooringhut who reassured me that this would not be a problem, he arranged for the collection to coincide with the delivery of the new flooring.
