Made the order same spec a year in advance to a repeat order , Although price was relatively close to each other the number of slats to a box was somewhat reduced by around 12 per box However price was in line with other suppliers and quality also very good Delivery excellent
Prompt service and the Karndean tiles were perfect. However, we had one box that was not required, we rang, and they said they would refund the cost minus the carriage payment. As yet we have not had a refund! Following my comments above, we have now received a full refund. It seems there was a misunderstanding. Now I can say I am absolutely delighted with their service. Thank you.
