Stopgap 1500 AquaPro is a swift-drying, fast-setting, water-mix smoothing underlayment, manufactured by F. Ball. It is primarily used to prepare internal subfloors to ensure a smooth and level surface prior to the installation of new floorcoverings. The convenience of Stopgap 1500 AquaPro is evident in its ability to be applied directly over old adhesive residues, including bitumen and carpet tile tackifiers, eliminating the need for priming. Furthermore, it can be utilised for patch-filling timber floors before overlaying with plywood. As it is moisture-tolerant, it can be applied over damp and uneven surfaces such as concrete and sand-cement screeds.

In terms of application areas, Stopgap 1500 AquaPro is highly versatile. Its suitability for use in biologically sensitive areas such as hospitals, laboratories, and clean rooms makes it a reliable choice for many industries.
