The F Ball Styccobond F73 Plus is a heavy-duty flooring adhesive specially designed to install a diverse range of floor coverings and for artificial turf. This single pack adhesive, reinforced with fibres, delivers exceptional durability and is suitable for exterior use thanks to its water-resistant property. The robust adhesive is noted for its resistance to oil and grease; hence, it can be confidently applied over typical underfloor heating systems without worry. It is highly versatile and can be used for securing a variety of materials, such as needle-punched fibre bonded carpets, artificial grass, PVC, latex, polyurethane, and rubber-backed carpets. Additionally, it is apt for vinyl and rubber floorings in both sheet and tile format.

Styccobond F73 Plus can be successfully applied to Stopgap smoothing underlayments and onto sturdy, smooth subfloors of concrete, granolithic, sand-cement screeds and plywood. However, when laying impervious floor coverings onto non-absorbent subfloors, including vinyl flooring onto terrazzo, it is critical that the subfloor is prepared and skim-coated with at least 3mm of the appropriate Stopgap smoothing underlayment to assist in curing. The product comes in a white colour with a viscous liquid consistency. Its open time ranges between 20 to 30 minutes, depending on certain factors such as the temperature, humidity and the porosity of the subfloor. Moreover, it possesses an impressive cure time, initially setting from 90 minutes and fully curing in 24 hours.

Styccobond F73 Plus delivers high coverage per unit, making it a cost-effective solution for flooring needs. A rough guide for its coverage rate is approximately 3.3m² per kg with an A2 trowel, 2.6m² per kg with a 2mm x 6mm trowel and 1.8m² per kg with a 3mm x 6mm trowel.
