F Ball Styccobond F81 Epoxy Flooring Adhesive 5KG is a solvent-free, two-part epoxy adhesive designed for use in areas that may be subject to surface water. When the adhesive has cured it is resistant to water, oil and grease. Although it is suitable for outdoor use, it is not intended to be used as, or a substitute for a waterproof surface membrane.

STYCCOBOND F81 Epoxy Flooring Adhesive can be used for securing a wide range of floorcoverings including some vinyl and rubber floorings, PVC backed synthetic grass carpet and fibre bonded carpets.

STYCCOBOND F81 Epoxy Flooring Adhesive has been tested to the standards of the International Maritime Organisation and approved for use in marine floor installations.

STYCCOBOND F81 Epoxy Flooring Adhesive can be applied to STOPGAP smoothing underlayments, sound, smooth subfloors of concrete, granolithic, sand/cement screeds, plywood and bright steel.

Sound flooring grade asphalt must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of the appropriate STOPGAP smoothing underlayment.

• Pot Life: Up to 60 minutes depending on the temperature of the subfloor
• Working Time (Approx.): 2 hours at 20°C
• Open Time: 20 - 25 minutes depending on temperature, humidity and absorbency of the subfloor
• Cure Time: At 18°C will allow foot traffic in 24 hours, a light wheeled traffic in 3 days and normal use after 7 days

• Coverage Rate (Approx.):

2m2 per kg using a 1.5mm x 5mm or A2 trowel
1.2m2 per kg using a 2mm x 6mm or B2 trowel

• Coverage Per Unit:

10m²  using a 1.5mm x 5mm or A2 trowel
6m²  using a 2mm x 6mm or B2 trowel

Note: Coverage rates will depend on the condition and absorbency of the subfloor.
