Prompt service and the Karndean tiles were perfect. However, we had one box that was not required, we rang, and they said they would refund the cost minus the carriage payment. As yet we have not had a refund! Following my comments above, we have now received a full refund. It seems there was a misunderstanding. Now I can say I am absolutely delighted with their service.
