The Gerflor Creation 40 Rigid Acoustic Carmel 0618 Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) is a premium quality flooring solution ideally suited for residential use. The product features a unique acoustic layer that delivers a sound reduction of up to 19dB, making it perfect for dampening domestic noise pollution. Additionally, the Creation 40 Rigid Acoustic range is100% recyclable and compliant with REACH guidelines. The durability and resistance to wear and tear is improved by its Polyurethane (PUR) surface treatment, which ensures excellent cleaning characteristics and enhanced resistance to scratching.

This LVT is made using patented RCB (Rigid Composite Board) technology that makes it lightweight and easy to transport. The Crystal wear layer adds an authentic and attractive finish to the tile. The high-definition design combined with the ultra-realistic structured emboss gives the tiles an aesthetically pleasing and modern look. The product features 4 bevelled edges for a seamless tile and plank effect.

The Gerflor Creation 40 comes with a Protecshield™ which provides a natural look to it. In addition to making it easy to clean, the Protecshield™ also enhances the scratch and stain-resistance, ensuring the longevity and preservation of the premium look of the tiles. It also features an included acoustic underlayer for further sound reduction and the RCB technology ensure no telegraphing effect even after many years of use. The rigid board is suitable for heavy renovation and can be installed directly onto ceramics with joint less than or equal to 8mm to 3mm.

The Gerflor luxury vinyl tile is environmentally friendly with a low CO2 footprint and is manufactured in Europe. It contains 35% recycled content and is completely recyclable. Despite its solid build, it is 30% lighter than standard rigid products in the market. The tiles contribute to healthy indoor air quality with a Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) of below 10gm/3. Furthermore, it is 100% reach compliant, free of phthalates and formaldehyde, enhancing its health and safety aspects. It is certified by a third party with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) available.
