Gerflor Creation 55 Rigid Acoustic White Lime 0584 is an inventive floor covering that employs a rigid interlocking method along with an acoustic layer, creating a robust and innovative product. A key characteristic of this flooring is that it incorporates an antistatic component and falls under the abrasion group T floorcoverings. Available in a range of designs via tiles and planks, each piece is bevelled providing a flawless finish. Physically, the flooring is created with a transparent wear layer that is 0.55mm thick, ensuring durability and longevity. It also features a high-definition printing film providing a very realistic design aspect.

This unique floorcovering uses a Full Rigid Board, which enhances its performance, making it capable of withstanding heavy renovations. Furthermore, it has an integrated underlayer which is 100% recyclable and contributes to a 19dB sound reduction, enhancing the acoustic properties of the space. The total thickness of the product is 6mm. The product also uses a crosslinked polyurethane surface treatment known as Protecshield™. This advanced feature allows easier maintenance and prolongs durability, whilst also protecting the surface from micro scratches. Additionally, it provides an ultra-matte effect, further enhancing its realistic look. Particularly, Gerflor Creation 55 Rigid Acoustic is easy to install owing to an angle-angle locking system.

The flooring has an impressive European class commercial/industrial rating of 33/42 according to EN/ISO 10874 standards. Also, it holds a Bfl s1 classification for smoke emission under the EN 135011 regulations. Gerflor Creation 55 Rigid Acoustic is environmentally friendly as it incorporates phthalate-free plasticisers in its manufacturing process. Notably, it is 100% recyclable and up to 35% of its content is recycled materials. The product fully complies with REACh regulations, demonstrating its commitment to safety and sustainability. Concerning emissions, its rate of organic compound emission is less than 10g/m3 (TVOC less than 28 days, ISO 16000-6). Each pack consists of 8 Planks which measures to 1.73 m².
