chose flooring hut based on the trust pilot feedback. underlay was a good price, delivery was free over a certain amount. Goods arrived on the day promised, unfortunately they sent me the wrong underlay. Phoned them spoke to Jack, very helpful, apologised and said they'd send the right underlay the next morning. lo and behold it duly arrived the next morning, driver phoned beforeghand to ansure someone was in. Took the wrong stuff away and delivered what i ordered. have to say excellent service, when they delivered the wrong stuff i thought oh oh here we go.....but no hassle at all. great service and i will certainy use them again. you do take a bit of risk with online orders from co's you've never dealt with before.
