Westex Carpets include a Stain Resist treatment which safeguards your carpet from most water-based and oil stains, affording you more time to deal with and eliminate the more easily eradicated stain. For enhanced protection, the carpets also incorporate a moth guard that shields your carpet from the predation of moths and other wool-eating insects. It is important to note that synthetic carpets are naturally resistant to moths as moths feed on keratin, a protein found only in wool products.
