Westex Carpet Westend Velvet offers richness, comfort and style with its selection of luxury carpets. Manufactured from a high-quality blend of 80% wool and 20% nylon, these carpets not only provide a luxurious feel underfoot but also improved recovery, resilience and durability. Available in four exclusive quality types: Supreme, Prestige, Westend, and Exquisite, these carpets cater to varying needs and preferences while ensuring superior aesthetics.

All the carpets from the Westend Velvet collection are treated with a Stain Resist application. This feature protects the carpets against most oil-based and water-based stains, allowing for easier stain removal. In addition, these carpets also include a Moth Guard. Contrary to synthetic carpets, which are naturally moth proof, wool carpets are at risk of moth and other wool-eating insects. However, the Moth Guard solution protects your carpet against such infestations, since moths feed on keratin found specifically in wool products.

Apart from the aforementioned protective features, the Westex carpets also incorporate Fresh Guard and Allergy Guard treatments. The Fresh Guard neutralises pet odours and inhibits mould growth, ensuring your carpet remains fresh and clean. At the same time, the Allergy Guard offers protection against pests, bacteria and allergens, contributing to a healthier indoor environment. Moreover, these carpets are 11mm thick with a 9mm pile height and come in a range of widths from 1m to 5m. The carpets also have a high tog rating of 1.68, making them suitable for heavy domestic and commercial use. These carpets, made two-fold tufted yarn, are constructed to prevent pile reversal and crushing.
