First time we have used this company and can highly recommend. Very good customer service and very rapid delivery. Prices are competitive for good quality products
Overall, excellent value & service. Pricing was on point, the ordering process and subsequent communications was 100%. There was a problem on delivery day when the driver came with completely the wrong flooring, but one phone call sorted the issue out and the correct flooring promptly re-delivered the following morning - just a simple loading error at the distributors. Mistakes do happen unfortunately and what counts is what is done to sort them out and on that score, I cannot fault Flooring Hut 👍
